V-FAST Syrup is a combination medicine designed to give you relief from cough and obstruction in breathing. It contains Bromhexine which thins and breaks down mucus, making it easier to cough out and clear the airways. A medicine called Terbutaline relaxes the muscles in the airways, thereby improving airflow and relieving wheezing or shortness of breath.
Guaifenesin is another ingredient that helps loosen mucus and relieve chest congestion. All these ingredients together provide complete relief from cough, bronchitis, asthma symptoms and other breathing problems associated with mucus build-up or narrowing of the airways.
Being in the form of a syrup, it is easily administered, especially to children and adults who have trouble swallowing tablets.
