🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates — the most straightforward route

UAE residents can apply for an electronic permit to import medicines for personal use (Ministry of Health and Prevention / Emirates Drug Establishment).

• Apply online with UAE PASS via the MOHAP portal
• Attach: prescription (issued within 3 months, stamped by the healthcare facility) + Emirates ID/passport
• Prescription-only medicines: up to a 6-month supply
• Permit is valid 60 days — your shipment must arrive within that window

How we help: send us your prescription first; we confirm the brand and quantity, issue the proforma invoice you’ll attach to the permit application, and ship with full export documentation (COA, commercial invoice, Rx cover letter) once your permit is issued.

🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia — possible, but plan ahead

Saudi Arabia regulates personal medicine imports tightly. We will not ship to Saudi Arabia without prior SFDA approval — unapproved courier shipments risk seizure at customs. Three legitimate routes:

1. SFDA personal-import approval. Apply through the SFDA portal with a prescription from a specialist physician and a medical report stating the diagnosis (extensive vitiligo) and the medical necessity. Once approved, we ship with the full document pack.
2. Carry it in when you travel. Monobenzone is not a narcotic or controlled substance. Travelers may carry a personal supply of a prescribed non-controlled medicine (roughly a 1–3 month quantity) with the prescription and medical report. Many Saudi patients order delivery to the UAE or another country they visit, or receive it through a traveling family member carrying the documents.
3. Ask your dermatologist about named-patient import. Hospitals and licensed importers can bring in unregistered medicines for a specific patient via SFDA’s clearance process.

(Note: Saudi Arabia’s 2025 traveler-clearance system — CDS — applies to narcotic/psychotropic medicines. Monobenzone is not in that category, but always carry your prescription.)

• Travelers may carry up to a 3-month supply of a non-controlled prescribed medicine with a valid prescription (issued within 6 months, stamped and signed)
• A relative may carry it for you with a copy of your ID and a written authorization

🇮🇶 Iraq

Monobenzone isn’t stocked in Iraqi pharmacies, but personal-use quantities are permitted with a prescription. Practical points:

• Ask your doctor to write the generic name “monobenzone” on the prescription — Iraqi customs checks generic names, not just brands
• Traveler carry-in is the most reliable route: a personal-use quantity with the prescription and a medical report

🇾🇪 Yemen

An honest answer: courier delivery to Yemen is limited. Pharmaceutical imports require SBDMA processing and can take weeks, and feasibility differs between regions.
