    Frequently asked questions

Do I need to upload the prescription right now to start a conversation?
No. If you want to discuss brand options, pricing, or shipping to your country first, message us on WhatsApp or email. We can answer questions before you have the prescription in hand. We will not dispatch a shipment without it though.

What if my country requires an import permit?
We help with import-permit paperwork where applicable. See country-specific notes on our international shipping page. Most patients in most countries don’t need a separate permit beyond their prescription.

    Can I cancel after submitting?
Yes — until dispatch. Once we have prepared and shipped the order, the refund policy applies.

How do you handle my prescription image?
We retain it for the period required to fulfil your order and meet our regulatory record-keeping obligations, then delete it. We do not share it beyond shipping carriers and customs authorities where required by destination law. See our privacy policy.

I’m a dermatologist ordering for a patient — is that different?
No different process. You upload the prescription you’ve written; we treat the patient name on the prescription as the recipient. If you’re ordering bulk for a clinic, mention that in the notes and we’ll set up clinical pricing.
